Firepit Wedding Timings

An Order of the Day for a wedding starting at 1pm and finishing at midnight

The obvious time to think of when introducing a firepit at your wedding would be at night but in reality a firepit can be used to good effect at any time during the day…even morning! It just depends on your budget and the format of your wedding. Here’s some suggestions that might inspire you.

After The Ceremony

Best time because…it sets a relaxed tone after the ceremony and keeps your guests warm while you are getting your photos taken.

This is a good time to introduce a firepit especially if it’s cold and you are wanting your guests to spend some time outside in between the ceremony and meal. This will really set the mood for the day and will relax guests into a fun evening of eating, laughing and dancing. You could even choose our Wedding Package that comes with skewers and marshmallows to toast so your guests aren’t left feeling hungry in between the ceremony and dinner. We also offer blankets as part of this package for your guests to have and to hold in case they get cold!

After The Meal

Best time because…it is the most popular time and gives you and your guests something new and exciting to enjoy after the meal.

In our experience this is the most popular time to introduce a firepit to your wedding. More often than not the sun is going down and the temperature drops so it’s a very good time to introduce something bright and warm to your day! It’s also a real treat for your guests as they discover an exciting new addition to your wedding. After dinner also coincides with guests often gravitating outside for a short while to get some fresh air or walk off their meal before the dancing. If you have guests attending who smoke it’s a superb addition for them popping out for a puff.

After The Dancing

Best time because…you can be guaranteed some quality time with your nearest and dearest.

If your venue will allow it and once the majority of your guests have left why not take a small group of your nearest and dearest outside, pull up some chairs, stick some chill out music on and enjoy a drink or two around the fire. This is an excellent time to unwind and spend some quality time with your favourite people because let’s face it weddings can be a whirlwind of excitement and you don’t always get time to sit and spend time with those that mean the most to you.

Our firepit hire prices start from £200 and once you select a package we can agree timings that suit your requirements on the day. To find out more or make a booking contact us below.
